North Stonington Elementary School, North Stonington, CT
It is the baseball field of Wheeler High School in North Stonington. Take Interstate 95 to exit 92; follow the signs for Route 2 North and the Mashantucket Pequot casino. After going around the traffic circle continue north on Route 2, past the first traffic light (with the firehouse on the corner) to the second traffic light. At this light turn into parking lot next to the North Stonington Elementary School. Look for the elliptical backstop behind the school.
St. Thomas Seminary Campus, West Hartford, CT
From the north (Enfield, CT; Massachusetts): Go south on Route 91 to exit 35B to Route 218. Take right onto Route 218. Continue west for 4 miles to Route 189 (Bloomfield Ave.) turn left onto Route 189 South. The Archdiocesan Center is a half mile down on the right.
From the south (Hartford, Meriden, Middletown, New Haven): Go north on Route 91 to exit 35B to Route 218. Turn left onto Route 218. Continue west for 4 miles to Route 189 (Bloomfield Ave.) turn left onto Route 189 South. The Archdiocesan Center is a half mile down on the right.
From the east (Manchester, East Hartford): Take the Bissell Bridge Route 291 to exit 1 (Route 218-Bloomfield). Turn left at the end onto Route 218. Continue west for 4 miles to Route 189 (Bloomfield Ave.) turn left onto Route 189 South. The Archdiocesan Center is a half mile down on the right.
From the west (Waterbury, Bristol, New Britain): Go east on Route 84, exit from Route 84 at Prospect Ave. exit 44. Turn left and proceed 2 1/2 miles to the end of Prospect. Turn right onto Route 44 (Albany Ave.) and immediately at next light turn onto Route 189 North (Bloomfield Ave.). Continue 1 1/2 miles on Route 189. The Archdiocesan Center is on the left.
"The Hollow", Roger Williams Park, Providence, RI
From the north on Route 95:
Take exit 16, and follow the signs for Route 10 South to Park Street (Route 12). Ignore the signs for Roger Williams Park main entrance! At the end of Route 10, take the eastbound Park Street exit. Once on Park Street, go a couple of blocks to the first light, and make a left turn into Roger Williams Park. Make the first left turn in the park, and the playing field will soon appear on your right.
From the south on Route 95:
Take exit 16, and bear right for Elmwood Avenue (Route 1). Coming off the ramp at the stoplight, make a right onto Elmwood Avenue (ignore the signs for the Roger Williams Park main entrance!). At the first light on Elmwood, make a left onto Park Street. At the second light on Park Street, make a left turn into Roger Williams Park. Make the first left turn in the park, and the playing field will soon appear on your right.
Kirkside Park, Roxbury, NY
Take NY State Thruway to exit 19 (Kingston). Take Route 28 West approximately 45 miles into the small hamlet of Arkville (Train Depot on left). Make first right past the Fire House (on right) and go to the end (1 mile). Make a right onto Route 30 and travel 11 miles into the village of Roxbury. In the center of the village is a large Stone Church on the left. Park behind the church and walk over the rustic bridge to the ball field in Kirkside Park.
"The Common", Little Compton, RI
From Newport:
Go north on East Main Road (Route 138) or West Main Road (Route 114) to Route 24 North. Exit Tiverton/Little Compton - Route 77 - go south on Route 77, through the traffic light at Tiverton Four Corners. Proceed for approximately 5 miles and turn left onto Meeting House Lane. The Commons is one mile down.
From Providence:
Take Route 195 East to 24 South. Exit Tiverton/Sakonnet - Route 77 - go south on Route 77, through the traffic light at Tiverton Four Corners. Proceed for approximately 5 miles and turn left onto Meeting House Lane. The Commons is one mile down.
From Boston:

Bristol Town Common, Bristol, RI
Take Route 95 to Route 195 East. Route 195 East to Route 114 South. Stay on 114 for about 10-15 miles. You will pass through a couple of small, often crowded, towns... Barrington first, then Warren, and then historic downtown Bristol. You will see Bristol Harbor on your right just before you enter historic downtown Bristol. In the middle of downtown, take a left on either State Street or Church Street. Bristol Common is one block parallel to Route 114. Route 114 is called Hope Street in Bristol - the center line of Hope Street is painted Red-White and Blue - if you get lost, follow the red-white and blue center line until it ends - this will eventually bring you right past the common (albeit by a slightly different route).
Woodrow Wilson Middle School, Middletown, CT
Take Route 95 to Route 9 (Old Saybrook). Stay on Route 9 to Middletown. Take the Route 66 West exit onto Main Street. Stay on Main St. to the Route 3 intersection. Take a right onto Route 3. Stay on Route 3 for just over a mile. Look for a car dealership. Across the street from the dealership should be a sign for Woodrow Wilson Middle School. Follow the signs to the field.
Renaud Field, Woonsocket, RI
Take 95 North to 146 North. After the Lincoln Mall exit, there are signs for 295 North and South and Route 99 North. Get to the right and take 99 North. Follow 99 North to a T intersection. Go left on Cumberland Hill Road. Go 1.3 miles to Newland Avenue on the right. (Near the Chinese restaurant) Renaud Field is at the end of the street.
Duke Island Park, Bridgewater Twp, NJ
From George Washington Bridge:
Route 80 to Route 287 South (towards Morristown). Follow the Route 287 Southbound directions below.
From Lincoln Tunnel:
Route 3 to New Jersey Turnpike South. Turnpike to exit 10 to Route 287 North. Follow Route 287 North to Route 22 West. Follow the Route 22 Westbound directions below.
From Outerbridge Crossing:
Follow Route 440, which becomes Route 287 North to Route 22 West. Follow the Route 22 Westbound directions below.
From Route 287:
Southbound: Follow Route 287 South to exit 17 (Somerville/Routes 202/206 South). When the highways split, take Route 206 South (right exit, follow Route 206 South through traffic circle). At the second traffic light make a right turn onto Somerset Street. Follow for approximately 2 miles (road name will change to Old York Road). Duke Island Park will be on the left.
Northbound: Follow Route 287 North to Route 22 West. Follow the Route 22 Westbound directions below.
From Route 22:
Westbound: Follow Route 22 to Routes 202/206 South (exit right). When the highways split take Route 206 South (Right exit; follow Route 206 South through traffic circle). At the second traffic light make a right onto Somerset Street. Follow for approximately 2 miles (road name will change to Old York Road). Duke Island Park will be on the left.
Eastbound: Follow Route 22 East thru Branchburg. Make a right turn onto Milltown Road. Follow Milltown Road for one mile and bear right under the railroad trestle. Follow Milltown Road over Route 202 all the way to the end; turn left onto Old York Road. Duke Island Park will be on the right.
From 206 North:
Follow Route 206 North into Somerville. Make a left turn at traffic light onto Somerset Street (Landmarks - on the right: Annie Sez; and on the left: Granetz Shopping Plaza). Continue on Somerset Street for approximately 2 miles (road name will change to Old York Road). Duke Island Park will be on the left.
Echo Lake Park, Elizabeth, NJ
Take I287 West from Port Chester N.Y. across the Hudson River and watch for signs for the Garden State Parkway. You'll see them somewhere between Nyack and Nanuet. Take the Parkway South to exit 140A (just after the Union toll plaza) and get on Route 22 West. Stay on Route 22 West through Union, N.J. for about 5 miles. You'll go through a major shopping area with stores between the east and west bound lanes of Route 22. When the middle lane of stores ends you are coming into Springfield, N.J. Get in your right lane. You'll see a tall sign for Bob's Stores/Linens And Things on your right. You'll see an overpass just ahead of you and a sign for Westfield. Go under the overpass and take the first right hand exit for Westfield. Bear right over the overpass. This is Springfield Ave. Go straight through the first traffic light. There's a Delta gas station on your right. Get in your right lane.
At the second light you'll see a restaurant called B.G. Fields on your left. Make a right onto Mill Lane. This is the entrance to Echo Lake Park. Mill Lane turns right inside the park. Do not take the main road straight. When you take Mill Lane to the right you'll have a tree line on your left that borders the field. At the end of the tree line, turn around and park your car. You cannot park on the residential side of the street. You'll see the short path up to the field. You'll come up behind home plate.
Oakland Beach, Warwick, RI
From the intersection of 95 and 195, it takes about 20 minutes to get to Oakland Beach.
Take 95 South to exit 14 (I think), which is the exit for Route 37. Exit forks left and right; take left fork (37 East to Post Road/Route 1, Warwick).
Take Post Road/Route 1 South exit (I think it's the first exit). Stay in left lane; at lights marked by airport plaza on left, Carvel ice cream on right, take left onto Airport Road.
Drive on Airport Road past airport (it will be on your right). At next major intersection, turn right onto Warwick Ave. follow Warwick Ave. for several miles until you reach the fork which begins Oakland Beach Ave. on right. Take right fork (follow signs to Oakland beach). Stay straight on this road past intersection with Route 117.
Continue on Oakland Beach Ave. through small business district. Drive straight on Oakland Beach Ave. until you reach the beach. The ball field is at the back end of the park at the beach.
Old Bethpage Village, Bethpage, NY
Take Route 95 South to Throgs Neck Bridge. Stay in right lane on bridge. Follow to Cross Island Parkway to Long Island Expressway East. Take to exit 48 Round Swamp Road. Turn right at Mobil Station get into the left lane. Make left at first light Village 1/4 mile on left.
Bowdoin Field, Canton, CT
84-west to exit 41 (South. Main Street exit); take right, continue straight about 4 miles passing through West Hartford center to Route 44 (large intersection with McDonald's, gas stations, strip malls). Turn left onto Route 44. Continue straight 8-10 miles passing through Avon center into Canton (Trattoria Restaurant on hillside on right). Look for gazebo on Canton triangular town green. Take quick left at gazebo. At the next stop sign take right and stay straight about 1 mile onto Simonds Road. Pass field on left, parking at school on left.
Crocheron Park, New York, NY
Take Route 95 South to Throgs Neck Bridge. Stay in right lane on bridge. Follow to Cross Island Parkway. Take Cross Island Parkway, north to Exit 31 W, Northern Blvd. Travel Northern Blvd. to Bell Blvd. (one block after 214 PL). Make right turn onto Bell Blvd. (Disregard sign for Crocheron Park on 35 Ave.) Travel on Bell Blvd. to 33 Road. Make right turn onto 33 Rd. Travel 33 Road to end, make left and next right into parking lot. Go to the back of the lot. The field is on the right.
Victorian Home Tours, Willimantic, CT
From Providence: Route 6 west; through Brooklyn, Connecticut past Ruby Tuesday's Restaurant (on left), past Golf Course (on left) into Willimantic, past large renovated mills (on left) to light and Frog Bridge (on left). Jillson Square is opposite the Frog Bridge distance from Ruby Tuesday's to Jillson Square approximately 3.5 miles.
From Hartford: Route 384 East to Route 6 East past Columbia Ford (on right). Left at light (continuing onto Route 6 East). Exit from this highway (spur) at 195 to UCONN. Right at bottom of exit (this is High Street) Continue on High Street to dead end (Main Street-Willimantic). Left onto Main Street-Willimantic Proceed for two lights. Jillson Square is on the left (opposite the Frog Bridge).
Gilbert State Park, Laurens, NY
Take the Mass Pike to I90 to 87 towards Buffalo. Take that to exit 25A (do not get off on exit 25) Follow signs for the Leatherstocking Region. Take I88 west to exit 13 (Rtes 23/205) make a right off exit take 23/205 to where it splits. Stay right at the split, which is Rt 205 (there¹s some minor construction).
Go another few miles into the town of Laurens. There will be a yellow blinking light and a Taylor's Mini Mart on the left. Turn left at the Mini Mart and go to the next intersection and turn left, which is Main Street, Laurens. Go past the school to the American Legion. Take the right between the legion and church onto county Rt 12. Follow about four miles, Gilbert Lake State Park is on the Right.
Coggeshall Farm Museum, Bristol, RI
Heading south on 114, go past the main entrance to Colt State Park in Bristol and take the right on Poppasquash Rd. that takes you across the bay. Follow it down and look for the signs. Heading north through downtown Bristol, take your first left off the parade route after the Topside Bar onto Poppasquash Rd and follow it down and look for the signs.
Riverside Park, Hartford, CT
Take I91 North to exit 33 (Jennings Rd./West Service Road). At the end of the exit, take a right. Go straight to stop sign. Take a right at the sign for boathouse. Go straight 1/4 mile (past Conn. Transit building). Park entrance is on the left. Go straight 1/4 mile to the parking lot entrance at the bottom of the hill. Riverside Park is on the left.
Washington Park, Reading, MA
Take 95 North. It eventually becomes both I 95 and Rte. 128. Take Exit 38 onto Rte. 28 North. Follow about a mile until you see McDonalds on the right. At the traffic light, immediately after McDonalds, take a left onto Washington Street. Parker Tavern is actually straight ahead, but the road becomes one way, the other way, just before it. When you reach the intersection where you have to turn (right after the railroad tracks) take a right and park in any marked spot on the right. The train depot is there, and parking is free and plentiful on Sunday. Directly across the street from the depot is a furniture store called "Certainly Wood". Just to the left of it is a very small street called Fulton St., which leads straight to Parker Tavern. Washington Park is behind the tavern.
Sullivan Park, Lawrence, MA
Take 95 N. Merge on to 93 N via exit 37 B. Merge on to 495 N via exit 44 A. Take exit 42 B Route 114 West toward South Lawrence. Travel approximately 1/2 mile and turn right on to Osgood Street (if you get to Taco Bell, Wendys and Dunkin Donuts you missed the turn). Take a right at the stop sign on to North Parish Road. The football stadium will be on your right. Go all the way down the street and the field will be there.
Fort Warren, George's Island, MA
From the South (Interstate 93 North, aka Southeast Expressway): Take Exit 23 in the new below-ground section of I-93, marked "Gov't Center. North End, Aquarium, Quincy Market". The ramp joins surface streets at North St. Follow the sign to Aquarium, to the right. This loops around and puts you on Atlantic Ave. The Aquarium/Long Wharf is three blocks up on the left. Fino Field, Milford, MA
Take I - 95 N to I - 495 N (Exit 6B). Take Exit 6B to I - 495 N (toward Worcester). Go about 15.5 miles on I - 495 N to Route 109 W. Take Exit 19 (Rt. 109 West); left turn off ramp towards Milford. Go 1 mile to Rt. 16; Take left on Rt. 16 W (Main St.). Go 1 mile towards downtown Milford (straight through lights at Rt. 85). Road curves to the right through lights by Milford Catholic on left & Public Parking on right. Take your first right on to Sumner Street after Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins. Take first right at Stop sign on to Granite Street. Fino Field is straight ahead.
Cardines Field, Newport, RI
From North: I-95 South from Providence for about 10 minutes to Exit 9. Take RI-138 East to Newport Bridge. Follow signs to "Scenic Newport". (From South: I-95 North over RI state line to Exit 3. Take RI-138 East to Newport Bridge.) Both: Travel over 2 bridges. First Exit after 2nd bridge to "Scenic Newport". At 2nd traffic light, turn right onto America's Cup Avenue. Field is on left 0.3 miles.
